I have always been a creative at heart, I am a full time graphic designer who is secretly a home baker. I fell in love with baking at a young age, and have always had a sweet tooth since I can remember! The ‘bakedbyammna’ journey started when I tasted the French Macaron, and had an urge to be able ot bake them at home so I could eat them whenever I wanted! (I got hooked, what can I say).
I started baking, day and night, before and after work. Once I had perfected the french macaron, I just went on to the next big thing, then the next, then the next.
I guess thats when I decided ‘Let’s Do This!.. like FOR REAL DO THIS!’
